What was your sense, even then, of the difference in the scale and the quality of the leads from Zoopla versus Rightmove?
To be honest, there were definitely differences in terms of the volume of leads, but we didn't see any difference in the quality of leads coming from the two portals. We operated nationwide, so geographical differences in audience base didn't really affect us much. We probably did get more leads from Rightmove, but we didn't notice any difference in quality. We certainly weren't in a position where we thought we got enough from Rightmove to justify moving away from Zoopla.
