Could you explain the Optimizer package a bit more? I understand that it offers discounts on other services, but does it include anything else, like a dedicated page, for example?
The Optimizer package offers a price guarantee for a longer period than other packages, which typically increase annually. With Optimizer, you're securing your cost for two to three years. So while others may need to renegotiate their pricing, you'll be stable for a longer period. Of course, this means you're committing to a 24-month contract, during which you'll need to utilize the premium listings you've paid for. If other agents see that Nicol & Co are successfully selling houses using this approach, they may feel compelled to follow suit.
