If the agents are correctly inputting data on their CRM, Zoopla knows about 50% of the houses that are transacting. What does Rightmove know? Does Rightmove link up the people and the transactions?

Rightmove is vulnerable in that respect. If you can do something with that data that adds value to the transaction, I have some ideas around this, then they can't copy it; they don't have that data. Imagine if the process of buying a house, which is really frustrating with lots of manual steps and chasing people, was all done through Alto. What if the conveyancing records and other details were all visible on Alto and you could log into Property File and see where your transaction is? I wouldn't need to call the estate agent or my solicitor; I could just look online, and they're all integrated because all your CRMs are as well. So why wouldn't you integrate the conveyancer's CRM with the agent's CRM and have a single visible portal for your buyers and sellers to see what's going on?
