Yes, I wanted to delve into this because I don't fully understand. I was hoping to discuss how UnitedHealthcare has been successful, and there is some deep industrial logic to owning your providers. However, when you buy a provider, they have a mix of business, some of which is with UnitedHealthcare, a lot of which is not, and they have doctors who want to practice medicine their way. They also have a technology stack that is what it is. When United Healthcare buys it, it then disappears. As an investor, I'd love to understand what happens next.

There are studies indicating that the more Optum products a provider uses, the less satisfied they are with the company. Ideally, you would want deep penetration with your customers and high satisfaction, which would make it difficult for them to separate from you because you are true business partners.
