What's so great about them in terms of technical aspects, service, or cost?

Their costs are more reasonable than Tyler's, and they have a great support team. Their implementation and post-implementation support are excellent. They're very responsive, unlike Tyler and other vendors who often delay and insist their product is better. Their platform is well-developed, and they're always looking to improve it. I'm very satisfied with their development cycles.

If you look into the next 10 years, considering this is a slowly moving industry, do you think market share might gradually shift away from Tyler? People might realize the service isn't as good as expected. Would that have an impact, or not really? I'm curious about how you think market shifts could evolve over the long term.

My strategy is cloud first, but probably only a third of the CIOs around the country share my viewpoint, and you have a number who are just comfortable with where they're currently at. I do think that ultimately cloud will take over, it's just a lot slower.
