Okay, to your point about the software. We refer to it as software, right? But it seems to require a lot of customization, so it isn't really pure software. Stephen at Journal Technologies has been talking about making it more off-the-shelf, or less customizable. To what extent is that possible, or is it just the nature of the industry where you have to do a lot of customization for each customer? I'm not sure if you have any views on that.
The larger area of customization is around interfaces. There are over 100 jail management vendors and over 100 RMS vendors on the public safety side, which includes jails and police. There are so many different products, and none of them want a standard interface. Unless the client, meaning the court, insists on a specific interface format, customization becomes necessary.
