Yes, that's helpful. Regarding government utilities, I'm an autopay customer, so I probably set up ACH for my utility bill, but it's been so long that I don't remember. Paymentus says that 15% of customers can do autopay, while 85% manage their payments more tactically. Considering the capabilities of legacy or other providers, whether it's credit card, debit card, ACH, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, do they all offer the same end-user capabilities for payments? Is the backend infrastructure just better or worse, consolidated or not, or are there tangible differences in payment options for end users?

To answer your question in that first example, what they can provide the end user that other vendors cannot, and what differentiates their experience, are those digital wallets. Traditionally, I would say over 90% of other vendors, even large competitors in the space like Tyler Technologies, do not offer these. Apple Pay, which is huge, especially across Europe, is not offered. They don't offer PayPal, Venmo, etc. You can keep listing all the digital wallets and preferred payment methods that Paymentus offers.
