I think they're pretty much in all those areas already. You mentioned in your responses that you were frustrated that they would basically copy RH in designs. Is that accurate? I don't have it in front of me, but I thought I remembered reading that. Could you walk me through that?

However, the culture of Arhaus tends to copy a little too much. There have been some issues. For example, at the furniture show in Milan, Salone, Arhaus sends all the team managers and department managers. You walk the aisles with 12 people, which is a bit heavy, but there's no purchasing happening. There's no excitement about great quality or good vendors. It's all just looking, which is very strange.

What are your thoughts on RH?

I think RH is much clearer and more complete in their offering. Their website is perfect, unlike Arhaus, whose website isn't good. The catalog is good, but the website doesn't match. Arhaus only has about 7% or 8% of sales online. I'm sure for RH, that number is much higher.
