How difficult is it to make this transition?
It's extremely challenging. We needed to find new suppliers in Vietnam. Additionally, a Chinese company we worked with moved to Vietnam to start operations there. A company which we worked with in China, established a plant in Vietnam to avoid tariffs.

And what about shipping delays? How were these affected?
Shipping costs increased, but over time, Vietnam became a major hub. The increase was about 3% more in shipping freight costs, but not significantly more. I'd say, 3% more in shipping freight costs.

If it's 45 days at sea, that's about a quarter increase in the transit days.
Yes. I want to share that we're working on another transfer of work. We're moving from China to Vietnam and India. We still have unique products like lighting and mirrors from China, but we're saving about 3% to 8% by sourcing outside China now, which is different from 2018.
