To the extent that Dr. Troendle is accessible, you mentioned seeing him in the gym and lunchroom. Is he very accessible to all employees, or does he primarily deal with VPs and higher?

I can't speak for other employees, as I don't know. From my experience, I had great accessibility, maybe more than I wanted. Dr. Troendle has a very high standard and is not shy about expressing if you don't meet it. There was quite a bit of fear and intimidation. It's like playing tennis with someone much better than you. Either you enjoy the challenge and it elevates your game, or you don't like it.
