It could be that the relationship is at a low point and they don't want to push it. Or, the people who manage that relationship don't want to risk it and don't care about adding another one. You mentioned that you wanted Inchcape as a partner. What about Inchcape, among the many competitors in this industry, made you want them over others? They seem quite similar to me.

Our partners, CFAO, Caetano Group and others, are robust. We're happy with them, but we didn't want to give them more countries because it could potentially change the power dynamic.

Looking at this list and considering the announcements from Inchcape, it's striking that in the last 18 months they've signed a few deals. They have BYD's commercial business in Belgium and a good relationship with Great Wall, with a couple of markets there. However, it's surprising that they aren't showing up more. They don't seem to be winning more than their fair share of deals. In fact, they're not signing many at all. Should I be worried about this? It feels like everyone is securing their place at the table and Inchcape is still standing. Why do you think this is happening?

If Africa makes a significant leap in EV transformation, like Ethiopia, where Inchcape is very strong, it will be a big deal. Ethiopia, a country of almost 200 million people, is the first country to fully embrace EV. They've decided to phase out thermal engines, except for some utility vehicles. This is a significant statement, but it will take time to implement.
