Do you think the offerings from Howdens, such as having everything in stock as you described, resonate with builders, or do you think France is different?

In terms of customer journey, Ikea is the leader, but not necessarily the best in service. Howdens tends to be the successful player. Looking ahead to 2023, the question remains whether they intend to expand in France given their past results. They've changed their CEO, and the new CEO is currently onboarding this month at Howdens France. Additionally, most of the category management team, product guys, and sourcing guys have also changed.
