Could you explain the functions, the type of monetization, the sales process, and how mission-critical Inelo's products are? For example, work time management, TMS, and telematics, and how they contribute to the Eurowag platform.

As far as I know, all transportation companies involved in international trade use some form of telematics. Depending on their needs, they use more or less sophisticated tools. I don't believe anyone could provide international transportation services without a telematics system. It's a mission-critical tool because, without it, you wouldn't know where your vehicles are or what they're doing.

Work time management, in the case of Inelo, is a software and service that optimizes driver wages. For transportation companies, driver remuneration is one of the biggest costs. This software allows you to optimize remuneration based on factors like load route, type of transportation, and more. Optimizing means the driver receives the maximum net amount, and taxes and social security burdens are minimized.

What's the current plan for Eurowag to integrate themselves, or what are the costs involved?

This is a huge challenge and, on the other hand, a huge opportunity for Eurowag. The strategy is to create a Eurowag office, a platform where all key geographies and products of Eurowag are integrated and available to clients. If you are a transportation client, you can use this platform to buy fuel cards, telematics, TMS, and other crucial services. This idea is absolutely great. Once delivered, it will be a game changer and a significant opportunity.
