We prefer detailed questions because we'll ask about market shares later. However, if you want to give us a brief industry overview, that would be great.
Tolls in DKV, UTA, and other companies are not developed internally; they are rebranded. The DKV or UTA box is just a sticker with the brand, but the product comes from toll operators who have agreements with motorway companies across Europe. It's a huge task involving technical integration, and UTA, DKV, Shell, or others become resellers of the solution. They integrate it so that it's on one invoice and you deal with one person. Fuel works similarly. UTA or DKV don't own stations; they partner with many stations, from small to large, providing access and handling transactions, valuation, and re-invoicing to the customer. It's an external task, outsourced to a company dedicated to tax recovery. For UTA, this is called Edenred Finance.
