How do you think it compares? What are the opinions of employees around your age or younger employees today about working for ByteDance versus PDD or Meituan? Which one do you think they would choose?

They would probably still choose ByteDance or Meituan. These days, probably Meituan, but last year or the year before, probably ByteDance. It really depends on your financial status and where you are from. If you are a suburban-raised child who enters the job market because you are very good at studying, you will probably go to PDD. PDD offers the best compensation, usually 1.5 to two times more salary compared to others. However, the work environment is extremely toxic, and you have to work extremely long hours. But it's the easiest way to get financial returns. Meituan is more stable. There are some politics there, but usually, it's not that heavy. You probably only need to do things on your hands. ByteDance's products have more exposure and awareness. They have a stronger product culture, and there's a sense of professionalism there. There's a lot of documentation, so you can actually learn something. These are the pros and cons.
