What were the biggest misconceptions you encountered that people had from their Amazon experience that would differ on Wayfair?
Wayfair typically asks for better WSE item costs from suppliers because we control the retail price. We always tell them that the better cost they can give us, the more exposure we can provide.

What's your view on how Wayfair is handling this now? I know there have been discussions with suppliers about using more CastleGate services. Are you aware of the challenges they face in driving adoption there?
If you speak to someone from CastleGate, they might say CastleGate wasn't very effective. It provided geographic coverage due to its warehouse presence, but it wasn't good at forecasting or handling inventory.
