Why is there too much inventory?
At the end of the day, the inventory problem originates from the buyers, correct? Every luxury brand - let's use luxury brand X as an example - employs individuals whose job is to decide on the number of items, such as bags and shoes, and create a certain number of articles for each item, often running into the thousands. It wouldn't be unusual to have even double-digit variations in terms of products, colors, and schemes.
