If a client is particularly budget-conscious, we can offer a package for as low as $600, which covers the front bumper and side-view mirrors. We don't typically promote this package as our aim is to generate profit. However, the average client spends around $2,200 to $2,400 with us. In terms of MSRP, this covers the full front, or the front third of the vehicle, along with a few small accessory pieces.

Once you're in, we walk you through the process, view your vehicle, and discuss potential upselling opportunities. We also show you other vehicles we're currently working on. About 50% of the time, customers decide to add more product, especially if they're new to it. If they can see a product flawlessly installed on a vehicle in process or a finished one, it's relatively easy to increase a $1,000 ticket item to $2,500 once the customer sees our facility and our structured operation.

We have a standard price across the board. I prefer not to overcomplicate things for my team. I aim to create roles that can be filled by anyone, so I don't want a 25-tiered pricing process for vehicles. Of course, there are differences between a Ferrari and a Mercedes G Wagon, but 95% of vehicles are priced at one point, whether it's a 911, a Mazda Miata, or a GMC Yukon. We aim to keep it simple for the customer. As for turnaround time, we have predetermined estimates for each package we offer. Our entry-level package has a 36-hour turnaround. This package includes a small portion of the front end of the hood, the front bumper, the side view mirrors, and the ends of the front fender. We rarely offer this package. The turnaround time increases with more comprehensive packages.
