Going back to choosing a rental company, you mentioned that the project manager decides who to rent from. How do you see them typically making decisions on which provider to use?

My initial goal was to establish three or four options for our company. For instance, we could have approved renters such as United Rentals, Sunbelt, Herc, Synergy, or EquipmentShare. We want set pricing at every location. The most important thing is to have consistent pricing. We don't want different pricing for the same equipment depending on who calls the office. That needs to be fixed.
