So if I'm an airline and I want to buy a GTF engine, I buy the engine for 10 years. How does it get maintained by Pratt & Whitney for 10 years?

Typically, and that's in this FTAI presentation, that's more or less correct. For the first 10 years, the independents do not really have a chance. Their appetite is limited because there are technical deficiencies in the engines. You can't judge them, so the risk is too high. For the first 10 years, it's normal that the OEM sells the engine together with an MRO package. That can be per serial number, for a bunch of engines, for 10 years, or it can be 10 years per engine, or whatever, can be eight or 12. Sooner or later, these engines will then expire and come to the market. At that point in time, for the GTF, the rule is only PW can offer it. No one else can offer maintenance work.
