Yes, exactly. And I'd imagine it's sort of a David Beech issue. Do you have any thoughts on him as a leader? I guess the problem has to be attributed to him in some sense.

It's really weird. Doing the deal and negotiating with him as a PLC CEO was incredibly rewarding for me personally. It was one of my finest moments. I have to say he was a pleasure to deal with. He was good, sensible, and commercial. I really enjoyed the process and the relationship. That was a real positive. He has the ability to turn on the charm. Interestingly, half of my partner group really liked him. When we introduced him to the fixed share partnership, they really didn't take to him at all. I always liked him. But when we did the deal, the relationship changed overnight, as if someone had flicked a switch. In fact, when I left, I left on the same day as another corporate partner. David was in the Leeds office and didn't even acknowledge we were there.
