How much opportunity is there to redeploy capital in M&A over time? How many companies are out there that they can acquire?
On the industrial side, there's probably a fair amount of opportunity. That space tends to be fragmented, with small companies offering different technologies like valves, meters, or mixers. You could acquire small components. There's probably less opportunity on the contracting side due to the nature of the business and Graco's position in that space. Overall, across the portfolio, there's a lot of opportunity. Process and industrial applications are so widespread in terms of end markets, so I don't think there's any shortage of acquisition opportunities. Graco will be very selective, but in a good way. They don't want to make poor acquisitions, so they make very calculated decisions.
