Interesting. The way you described it is great, and the strategy makes sense. Is there anything we haven't discussed that you think I should be asking about or researching on my own?
It's not just about the product. E.L.F. stands out because they care about the consumer landscape and the world, trying to do better and stand up for things they believe in. It's refreshing to see a brand grow and scale, supporting for example queer businesses and black-owned businesses, and taking a stand on important issues to their consumers and employees. The brand values are as important as delivering a fantastic product at a great price point.
