Let's take Carvana, which is a separate entity from DriveTime, right? Carvana issues a $50,000 loan, principal plus interest, and Bridgecrest services this loan. Carvana owes Bridgecrest money for the service.
That part isn't separate. That would still make Bridgecrest an outsource, but it's not. It's all under the same umbrella. At least that's what we were told. It's not that Bridgecrest is saying, "Hey, we need you to collect on $100,000 worth of loans for us," and then Bridgecrest saying, "Okay." That's not how it's working. If there's a loan that needs to be serviced, it all comes up on the same screen, whether it's Carvana or Bridgecrest. It's all the same for the customers, even though they are separate entities.
