Regarding the four locations you were responsible for, what was the breakdown between insurance work and cash retail work?

Three of the four locations were Jack Morris locations. The fourth was Auto Glass Now in Nashville on Nolensville Road. For Jack Morris, it was about 80% insurance.

Regarding the four locations you were responsible for, what was the breakdown between insurance work and cash retail work?

The other 20% was a mix of retail and commercial, primarily retail. We didn't have many commercial accounts, maybe some body shops or a few car lots. We started picking up Enterprise and Hertz, which added to the mix, and those were factors keyed in through Driven Brands. The AGN location was different, with very little insurance. They were more retail and commercial, primarily retail. They had a few commercial accounts, including an auto auction, I think it was Manheim. Enterprise and U-Haul were significant accounts. Other than that, it was all retail, primarily in-shop. Hardly anything was done mobile. Anything that started to become mobile, whether install or calibration, was pushed out by me.
