Regarding the insurance customers, you probably already had a collaboration with most of them. How did you try to acquire new ones, or how do you retain them? How is this relationship built?
That's probably one of the big differences between the US and Europe. I would say the biggest difference is the nature of the TPA, or third-party administrator models. In the US, Safelite has TPA relationships with most major insurers. What TPA means is that they handle the intake of the claim. Whereas in Europe, the TPA model really doesn't exist. That's the fundamental difference.
