Were the part prices materially different in your experience between Mitchell, Audatex, and CCC?

The inventory is what's different. CCC worked really hard to have a large inventory of alternate parts. OEM prices are consistent across Mitchell, Audatex, and CCC. However, alternate parts are where there's a differentiator because each has access to different inventories from various companies. LKQ is the biggest player. I believe Audatex partnered with HyperQuest to get alternate parts data, which CCC didn't have. They all compete to have the best alternate parts because parts make up a significant portion of estimates, about 50/50 with labor. So, if you can get cheaper parts, you could achieve decent savings.
