That's helpful. Help me understand the Carvana wholesale business. They divided it between the wholesale marketplace business, which is basically auctioning cars for others, and the wholesale business, which is buying cars from the public and consigning them at auction. Help me understand what Carvana was able to do with the ADESA properties for the marketplace business. Did they try to backfill some of the lost marketplace volumes? Were there other groups of customers they could go after? Were there other services they were talking about offering or were offering using the space that was made available? What did they do there?
Carvana had an exclusivity deal on their wholesale channel with Manheim Corporation, which is the largest in the auction industry. Manheim built a digital marketplace platform for Carvana, and there was a lot of volume on that channel, probably 300,000 units a year, somewhere in that neighborhood.
