My belief is that Builders FirstSource, the largest building materials supplier in the United States, should have a cost advantage over virtually all of its competitors due to its scale, locations, network density, and SKUs. When you think about driving efficiencies and cost savings, it's not just about being a bigger company and buying better. It's about creating a more efficient footprint.
