Our traditional refurbishment and maintenance business in both the public and private sectors accounted for about 60% of our total sales volume in the UK up to 2020. The commercial side was less developed, focusing on light commercial projects such as schools and shops, rather than large industrial areas. Although this was part of our product range, it wasn't a growing segment and might have even been retired by now.

The most exciting sector, however, is the new build residential market. This market segment features the most advanced and developed products in terms of efficiency, heat recovery, and other innovative features. The majority of our R&D investment was directed here, as it represents the future and the highest growth sectors.
