In your experience, since you said the culture is different between Amwins and RT, who do you think has an edge in winning more business across the lines you have experience in? What determines whether you have an edge in this business?

I think it boils down to your people because they're the ones out there doing the work and bringing in the business. So that, to me, is primary. Secondary would be market access and programs. What products do you have where you can place all of this business, and how does it stack up to the competition? But I'll always be a firm believer that the people are what make a business tick, and that's always going to matter the most.
