That's still a lot, though.

PureGym will also have a large number of sleeper members. For instance, if you have a club with 5,000 members, only about 1,000 people might use the gym each month. If you have a large enough building and set it up correctly with fire exits, you could accommodate maybe 150 to 200 people at maximum capacity, according to your license. With 5,000 members, they rely on many people not actually using their membership, which is common in many gyms.

So that's a big one.

Yes, huge. Really big. They don't make them like that anymore, anywhere near that size. When they opened Kittybrewster, it actually came third in terms of Club of the Year in the year it opened because it was massive. Both had about 7,000 members, so there were about 14,000 members at the time, in 2016, early 2017. Then I think they realized there was probably some defensive work needed because obviously The Gym Group or JD Gyms or anyone could come in, open one nearby, and take 5,000 people from them. But they also thought, we've only got two. Both are central, even Kittybrewster is pretty central. We've got nowhere in terms of, you know.

Yes; it's extremely profitable, PureGym Aberdeen, Kittybrewster. £100,000 EBITDA per month, you know.
