One thing I want to understand is how you positioned PAR against legacy players during your time there. PAR has grown rapidly, but the Brink system still has 30,000 restaurants on their POS. They recently sold to Burger King, which will boost numbers, but legacy companies still have hundreds of thousands of restaurants. How did you position it then, and what are the real advantages for enterprise restaurants?
PAR's biggest risk is that while they have a compelling vision and have acquired many components, there's no evidence of a capable technologist to enable the integration or a clear integration plan. They haven't communicated their approach to integrating these mission-critical platforms, and I haven't seen any signs of such a plan.
