Yes, it's not just better together, but for exactly the reasons you mentioned. You're only dealing with one data set.
This is my issue with PAR Technology. They've done so much M&A and absorbed so many things that they're speaking out of both sides of their mouth. I'm not saying it's a lie, but it's hard to make both things true. I can have that experience with a holistic owned solution. But if I've pieced that solution together, it's more questionable. Qu, on the other hand, has all their solutions internal. The question then becomes, how good are those actual integrations to those other pieces? I'll use a backwards example of this. When PAR bought Punchh, everyone said, "Don't worry, it'll be fine. We can still integrate with Punchh." But that's not actually true behind the scenes. If you're trying to do development work with PAR and Punchh, it's slower. And when new features are released on Punchh, I don't think everyone else gets first crack.
