How do you define things being good or not good? Do you mean when work is coming in, there's a lot of demand, and the business is running smoothly?
There is a lot of business coming in, and they have the ability to handle it. Not many people want to move to Cincinnati, but they have a strong pipeline of work. The way they financially rank studies at risk is actually better than other CROs. They perform risk-based analysis from the launch all the way through to the final closeout of the contract, staying ahead of the curve. Another differentiator is their approach to change orders. They do allow change orders but ensure it doesn't slow down the work. I've experienced this multiple times. They are thorough in their global presence, addressing gaps and blind spots.
