As we move through the lifecycle of a project, where would you say LGI stands? Are they better or worse than other builders in terms of finishing lots, building houses, generating leads, and closing houses? Could we discuss each step in the process and highlight areas where they excel or fall short?
However, they face challenges due to their rigid adherence to their systems. They are not open to input from their employees. Having worked for other builders, I see this as a significant difference. This rigidity could hinder their progress in the long run.
