So they aren't smaller as you mentioned earlier?

No, they built larger units from the beginning, which was a smart move. They even have XXL slots for oversized electronics, which we don't have. They have more than 100 doors, around 110. For us, in the Czech Republic, we have 6,000 boxes and 455,000 slots, which averages to about 80 doors per unit. We have around 75 to 80 doors, and they have 110. I think the cost is around 120 or something like that.

Yes, they have fewer APMs, but in terms of the number of lockers, they are much closer because they have larger installations. Right?

Yes, you can see that Alza has 3,000 in the Czech Republic, while we have 6,000. In terms of capacity, they have 340,000 doors, and we have 455,000 aiming to reach 500,000 soon. We are building a bit faster than them, but not significantly faster. They remain our main competitor, I would say.

Moving to B2C versus C2C, what are your volumes like in B2C versus C2C?

We are basically at less than 10% for C2C. It depends, especially with platforms like Vinted. In the B2C segment, Vinted is significant because we have a contract with them. For C2C, involving regular people, it's around 8%.
