Let's say I'm a carrier with a billion in DWP. If I'm using just ClaimCenter, what's the difference in the percentage of DWP compared to someone with also a billion in DWP but also using PolicyCenter? What's the difference in fee between having one or two products?

The more products you use, the less you pay relatively speaking. If you pay 1% for the use of PolicyCenter and then you also want to use ClaimCenter, you end up paying for the combined volume. So a billion in policy, a billion in claims–that's really one and the same. If you only use one, you pay 1% on 1 billion, and if you use both, you pay 0.8% on 2 billion. So there are economies of scale involved. But the starting point is always how much policy value is being transacted through the system, and then you apply it to the corresponding product that you want to have. In the case of claims, there's also a mindset shift. Policy is all about how much revenue you make, and claims is all about how you manage your cost. It turns out that cost management is more critical than revenue management. You would have thought people would pay more for the revenue side, but they actually pay a little bit more for the cost management side. Relatively speaking, and I'm ballparking the figures, but if you charge 0.9% for policy, you can charge 1% for claims.
