How much of the time was it a yes or no as opposed to, we need more information?

Our approval rate was about 65% inside 15 minutes. Then there is sometimes the case is that the vendor sales guys give you half a story. They don't give you all the information you need. They don't give you a company registration number. You get lazy guys, and you know who they are, and as soon as the deal comes in, you know you'll have to do more work, because the guys are a pain in the backside, frankly. That slows the process, though. But that's the nature of the industry.
