A thought that crossed my mind was, would that hurt the independents more, so that First Watch remains standing because they have at least a little bit of pricing power and some goodwill with their customers? Would it?

One of two things is going to happen. Something's going to break, or independents like myself are going to go under. So much so that I've had to rescale my menu and start offering breakfast. I do it now, trying to capture some of the competition but also to give my staff a chance because they're not getting hours. So, yes. Something's got to break at some point. It's a scary time right now down here.
