When you say, ‘multiple,’ do you mean a revenue multiple?

Once we saw it was not working, we chose Essensys. The software did a little more than WUND, but there were lots of empty promises. Once we saw that much of what was promised they couldn't do or could do, but were delayed, I started to get more involved. I said, ‘I have my IT guy and my software guy looking into that. I need to understand what it is.’ Once I opened the hood and talked to people, the basic platform was built in the 80s on an old platform. My conclusion is that they prioritize their UK clients that pay $3 a month per user over the guys that pay $2,000 a month.
