When you run the cars, what percentage sell? Give me the lay of the land.
Typically, captive sales are around 60%, which is good. Most are in the 70% to 80% range on the first run. Auctions consider 60% to 65% a good sale percentage. Rentals and fleet companies are probably in the low 30s, 20% to 30%. For example, Sixt sales are about 18% right now because we're doing a large percentage of sales via direct sale, which is hand-to-hand, avoiding those exorbitant expenses. We can offer a lower buy fee too.
