They're transitioning from automotive to aerospace because they already have the forges, right? They just need to handle other parts of the process.

Exactly. Not specifically for casting and forging, but for aerostructure or detail parts. Companies like Motherson in India and Mubea in Germany, which are large automotive companies, are diversifying into aerospace. Motherson recently acquired ADA in France, which is significant.

Is there a specific piece of work or supply chain issue that tends to be delivered late in the year? I imagine if you're receiving materials every month, why aren't we addressing this earlier in the year instead of leaving it for December? Is it because you're building a backlog of unfinished aircraft, and then in December, you stop the line to address all those unfinished aircraft? Is that the process happening here?

If we start at the beginning, we have difficulties with casting forgings and raw materials. We also face challenges in aerostructures, as seen with Spirit, for example. Systems, particularly avionics and cabin components, are also critical. A delay in cabin deliveries directly impacts the aircraft's timeline. Airbus and Boeing are working on their supply chains, identifying single points of failure and single-source suppliers.
