If you had to rate the biggest value addition from Zeta compared to tools from different competitors, how has Zeta improved your ROI through targeting or cost savings? What have been the benefits from using Zeta?
The first advantage of Zeta is its ease of implementation. Unlike large software environments such as Salesforce or SAP, which are popular in Europe, Zeta can be implemented by a marketing professional like myself in about two months. They provide scripts, and we integrate them via the Google Tag Management tool, and it starts working. There is some tuning time, and they assist with that, but it simply works without the need for IT involvement or significant technical requirements, unless there is an unexpected migration, which has only happened once. As a marketing professional, I can handle it entirely from the business side, which is the biggest advantage for me.
