If Joel Bylander gave you $500 million to start a new reseller marketplace in Europe, would you take the money? How would you approach it?
It's a big question. Creating a new marketplace similar to Vinted would be very expensive due to the high cost of user acquisition. Vinted has grown significantly and has a large market share in Europe. Competing with them would be tough. I would probably focus on a niche market, like luxury items, exclusive cars, or watches, where there's a higher margin. Doing that really well could be more successful.
