On the flip side, what would you do to make this an absolute huge success?
I think you have to own the SMB's data. The more SMB data you can lock into your system sooner and the more functionality you can provide from that data, the better. You have two levers to move for every SMB. You need to demonstrate proof that you help them acquire customers and that your digital employees or software create time or operating margin for the SMB to do their work.
