The second significant leap has been in the industry workflow space. We are seeing good success in areas like tech workflows and telco workflows. We're also expanding a bit into manufacturing and health. However, other workflows haven't caught on yet. For example, banking and finance workflows haven't gained traction because banks already have many robust systems that they are not willing to replace with ServiceNow at the moment. Where I think ServiceNow struggles currently is the pricing of their product. Nearly all customers I speak with find ServiceNow overpriced in terms of license costs and are looking for ways to optimize those costs.

That's the area they need to watch out for. The expense of ServiceNow is widening. You must have seen media reports about this, where customers are not able to use all the products they subscribe to, so they aren't getting the full value of the high fees they are paying to ServiceNow.
