What are the final numbers for rental and sales? To summarize what you can.
I would say it's 15% to 20% on both sides, depending on the time when you check. Of course, the initial C2C could be higher, especially on the sales side. It could be even 50%, but many people are churning quickly from the motivation to sell on their own to selling with a real estate agent. They migrate quickly. When it comes to rent, it's higher. But again, on the rent side, we have, especially when we take into consideration these other agents, they don't matter a lot on the rent market.
