But surely with a third of the agents in the country, you have some negotiating power?
No. They never negotiate with us. We are not looking for better or smaller prices. We just ask them not to add prices every year, but they add prices every year anyway.

What about the actual Aruodas package, the product? Do you have any complaints as a brokerage about the product versus what you have seen in other countries? Do you think that they need to spend more to enhance the product?
Last Thursday, a woman from Aruodas came to our office. She showed some new things. They are always evolving, always getting better. She has also worked there for 18 years, so she should know what she is doing. We hate Aruodas for their pricing, and every year we need to pay more for them. We don't pay anything as much money as we pay Aruodas. Every agent hates Aruodas, but every agent loves Aruodas because that site is very good. They are doing a really good job. They don't have fake advertisements. They are always doing something new in that part. It is very good. And their search line for properties is very good.
