It's great to meet you. To start, I'm an investor, as you might know, and the Innoscripta IPO is coming up. I'm trying to understand the company better. Could you start with a brief introduction about yourself, your experience, and your experience with Innoscripta?

I did that for about two years, which is quite unusual for an Innoscripta employee, as most employees don't stay longer than six months. They like the competitive landscape between employees. In Germany, if an employee stays longer than six months, the contract changes, making it harder to fire the employee. Most employees were dynamically fired after six months.

For me, it was challenging because I had to teach everything to new employees constantly. However, it's possible to learn if the employee has a technical background. Writing proposals and doing project calculations isn't too complex to learn within several weeks.

Since the tax credit systems came out, the market has grown very quickly, going from nothing in 2020. It has grown, and the amount stepped up in 2024. Could you talk me through what the competition looks like and where Innoscripta stands within that? How does Innoscripta differentiate itself?

I would say the significant advantage Innoscripta had was being the market leader for R&D corporation projects in Germany. They were truly visionary, starting around 2013. They had the innovative idea to send emails to everyone for marketing purposes. They combined the company name and the CEO's name in an email address and sent thousands of emails, which was revolutionary at the time. Today, that's normal, but they excelled at contacting potential customers, allowing them to grow rapidly.
